Caution – fake inspection certificates
Recently on the market of reinforcements for concrete structures incidents of falsifications of inspection certificates, which are delivered as delivery documents with the material, have been noticed.
It needs to be emphasized strongly, that material delivered with such fake document has unknown point of origin and it is highly probable that is has been not certified according to the Polish law concerning building materials implementation to the market and its mechanical properties, as well as chemical composition, have been not approved in any tests.
The importance of the quality of reinforcements is particularly significant, as this construction material is responsible of tensile strength of the whole structure. Therefore we would like to pay special attention of engineers to delivery documents and featured problem of its falsifications. In order to ensure safety of buildings the origin and properties of reinforcement shall be reliable and unsuspected.
